Meetings and phone calls: 

For our collective health, all appointments will be held online for now. In-office meetings cannot be scheduled at this time via the Scheduler.

We do not have a telephone receptionist at this time due to the current "stay in place" order in Illinois (the receptionist is normally located on site in my Schaumburg office suite, where essential operations are now limited to mail delivery). The quickest way to reach me is to schedule a call using the "Schedule an Appointment" button, below. Phone appointments are typically available on the next business day. If you have an urgent need, please send an email with the word "URGENT" in the subject line.

We will continue to schedule review appointments based on timing of your previous reviews. However, I am available to talk whether your most recent review was last month or last year. I can be most responsive if your Client Website is up to date with links to your account balances. 

As always, general communications from me will be provided via Constant Contact. Typically, I limit the frequency of these communications so that I don't overwhelm you with unwanted emails. This may be a time of increased outreach and information from me. You do have the option to "unsubscribe" at any time, but may miss information that I believe is important to most if not all of my clients.

While most of you do not have direct contact with my administrative assistant, Tracey is working in a different location as always and will continue to be able to support me as needed.

Document reception and delivery:  

We are not accepting document drop-offs at our Schaumburg office, but mail is still being delivered, and of course you can use the Vault in the Client Website to upload documents. 

The fastest way for me to get reports to you will be via the Client Website, where all reports will be provided digitally. Printed reports will be delayed but for the time being will be sent out at least once per week. If you prefer, you can opt out of printed reports for now.
